Our Story

CCS was launched in 2021 by our founder Luke, who is a pharmacist by trade. After gaining extensive experience in Retail, Hospital, and Long-Term Care Pharmacy, he broke into the managed care industry as a contractor at a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM). He eventually ascended to Director of Operations to lead a large organization spanning multiple interdisciplinary teams. his entrepreneurial spirit led him to create a business to better support clinicians while delivering superior talent to clients. His passion to help others drives the company’s primary ambition of connecting exceptional clinicians to outstanding companies!
